About the Space
Fully enjoy and unwind at this peaceful retreat. The apartments are part of a house located in the best part of Island Čiovo, with a magnificent view of the sea and distant islands.
The terrace faces directly towards the open sea and distant islands — a true million-dollar view. Swim in the crystal-clear Adriatic or take a dip in the heated pool in the backyard, right beside the open kitchen with a grill.
Each apartment is fully equipped: free WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, and hair dryer. A washing machine in a shared utility room is available for a small fee (€5 per cycle).
Outside, guests enjoy free garage parking, the open kitchen with grill, the heated pool, and an outdoor shower. Families are very welcome — a baby crib and high chair are available on request.

Meet Ivan
Ivan has been welcoming guests to the Dalmatian coast since he was a teenager, and hosting has always felt like a natural part of who he is.
His path has taken him through biology, marine research, forensic science, Prague, the mountains, band tours, kitchen shifts, and eventually software engineering — always driven by curiosity and a love for nature, people, and new experiences. When he's not coding, you'll likely find him on a yoga mat, on a snowboard, or behind a drum kit.
At Apartments Care he puts his whole heart into making sure every stay feels special. He's always reachable and happy to share his favourite local tips for making the most of the island and the area.

Location
We are located on Island Čiovo, a peaceful island connected by a short bridge to the historic town of Trogir. The quiet residential area of Okrug Donji offers a genuine Croatian seaside experience.
A car is not strictly necessary — buses run regularly to Trogir and Split. But with wheels, you can easily reach Split, Šibenik, nature park Biokovo above Makarska, the canyon of the river Cetina, and catch ferries from Split to the islands. Split Airport is just 15 km away, making arrival quick and easy.
The area offers plenty to keep you active: boat trips, zip line, cycling, kayaking, rafting, and diving are all available nearby.
